Every branch has specialist designers working in tandem with the clients, alongside the business development managers, factory supervisors, and project installation teams.

Design

  • The project is assigned to a designer with explicit instructions from the business development manager who initially communicates with the customer.
  • After a thorough examination of the necessities, the designer converses with the consumer and, with the help of the floor plan, comprehends the area and needs attentively.
  • The designer goes to the house/apartment and takes exact measurements of the space as per the conversations had.
  • A detailed drawing is created and transmitted to the client. Both parties come to a mutual agreement regarding the drawings, which are then sent to the factory for production.

Production

  • The outlet manager and designer communicate with each other to make sure there are no misunderstandings.
  • They go back to the house/flat/installation site to double-check the measurements against the drawings they have in their factory.
  • The project manager confirms the condition of the site and then the production is given a date in agreement with the client.

Installation

  • The team leader will carefully make arrangements for the project to be carried out beforehand.
  • As soon as the items arrive at the location, they will be put in place right away. We have a dedicated staff to make sure that the products are transported in a secure and effortless manner.
  • The customer will be informed of the estimated amount of time that the task will take to be completed, depending on the amount of work.
