01 Home Visit and Space Mapping
After you have mapped out your ideas, it is time to put them into writing. Reach out to us if you would like for us to pay you a visit and take all the necessary measurements of your space. We are also willing to double-check the measurements if you would like us to. You can count on our designer to be with you through every step of selecting and installing the interior design elements.
It is important to keep in mind that the purpose of taking the measurements is for your comfort and there is no obligation to purchase anything when we come to your home. Our designers will come, take the measurements and then sit down with you to understand what you are expecting.
02 Design Matters
As we are consumed with selecting designs that look attractive and are seen in magazines, or on the internet, we tend to forget what the motivation behind these interior designs is. We utilize the latest 3D design software to bring your interior dreams to life. Once you finish constructing the design, our interior designer will have an extensive discussion with you. We possess our own production facility, and our staff starts to modify and customize interiors in accordance with the order given-making it a perfectly personalized interior. Since we are the ones who manufacture our own products, it stands to reason that we are the most experienced and have the necessary skills when it comes to installing our interior units. Our familiarity and comprehensive understanding of our products are far greater than anyone else's. We always start with a pre-technical analysis to gain greater insights into the installation process. If needed, we can get rid of your old furniture which is no longer useful to make room for the new one.
Krios interior is a one-stop shop where we can handle the installation, related plumbing needs, electrical outlets change requirements, and any other small fitting changes your interior requires. Our expert and qualified installers are the best as they have in-depth knowledge and experience with our products. After the interiors are put into place, we are pleased to offer a 24-month workmanship guarantee and support.
06 Home Visit
After your interiors have been serviced, one of our designers will contact you within a designated time frame and come back to your place to assess your level of satisfaction. If there is something that you are not content with, they will work to resolve it immediately. We offer a guarantee of 5 years for a few of our products.
We strive to continually increase your satisfaction and trust in us. We are committed to keeping our product standards high. Our team will go to the customer's home one year after the purchase. We have to make sure the interiors are functioning properly.
